Tip Box
The box is cardboard, mostly purple with some black bits. The top has a standup part on it that reads "Hidari Detective Agency". The message on it says: Need help? Know someone that does? See something weird you want someone to look into? Leave me a note here!

I got a lot of running and screaming on the outside. No reason why it couldn't happen the same way here.

I guess there are a lot of bad people out there who can do the same things we can, huh?

And good people. Sometimes they're just scared.

How did you find yours out?

[yokubo]

You know of Ankh, right? Before we came here he was in trouble so I tried to help him out. I wasn't strong enough on my own, but that's when it showed up. I was able to save him then, but it ended up getting me in trouble with the police.

If it wasn't by helping a notorious criminal, they would have found something else to pin you with. Whether you actually did it or not. There's some poor bastard down with us that had no idea. I had to break the news to him.

That must have been really hard... is he okay?

[tanteiotaku]

He was excited, actually. But before I explained it he didn't really know what G-block was.

[yokubo]

Excited?

Um, what was his name?

[tanteiotaku]

Red. He's the one with the huge scar across his nose.

[yokubo]

Oh, right! I've seen him before, but we haven't talked yet.

I gave him the basics, so at least he shouldn't accidentally hurt himself or anyone else. Guys like that make me feel lucky I had the Boss around when mine showed up.

[yokubo]

I'm super lucky I had Ankh around. He's not the nicest guy sometimes but he still helped me, so I'm grateful.

Your boss would be happy to see you teaching people like he did for you!

I hope so.

What got you in here, anyway?

[yokubo]

Helping out Ankh, actually... he got attacked so I tried to save him. He was kind of stealing something at the time though, so I think it looked like I was his accomplice.

[tanteiotaku]

Why would you help someone trying to steal something? Of course that would make you an accomplice!

[yokubo]

He was in serious trouble! If I hadn't something really bad might have happened to him.

[tanteiotaku]

Better off arrested than dead?

[yokubo]

That's the best way to put it, I think.

Besides, I found out he has family, so... I don't regret helping him.

[tanteiotaku]

Still, that's a hell of chance to take for a wanted criminal.

[yokubo]

Maybe, but I don't mind. I don't think he's as bad of a person as he wants everyone to think he is.

You're too nice a guy to be in a place like this, Eiji.

I'm not sure that doing the right thing makes someone nice, but thank you anyway, Hidari-san.

I guess I see too many making bad decisions in my line of work.

[yokubo]

What do you do when you run into people like that?

[tanteiotaku]

The people that just run instead of staying to help, I can't say I blame them. Not everyone can deal with a cornered Deadman.

As far as the people making trouble, I do what I need to to stop them. Sometimes people can't help it, and they've lost control of themselves. Then, it's a matter of keeping them from hurting anyone until they calm down.
